Our Young Teens (YT) Ministry strives to:
- Create opportunities for our youth to connect through group activities
- Foster spiritual growth and friendships
- Motivate our youth to imitate the heart, thoughts, and attitude of Jesus through role modeling and teaching
The YT ministry is made up of 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. Discussion-oriented lessons help them get involved and excited through sharing important issues. They are encouraged to think about their opinions, learn about themselves, and grow it in their faith as they apply scriptures. Young teens will have the opportunity to participate in an atmosphere of acceptance, support, and growth.
Past activities include: roller-skating, ice-skating, Water Park Day, pumpkin patch/corn maze, All Star Sports Day, Family Picnic Play Day, snow day/sledding, sleepovers, and lock-ins.
