Children's Ministry Questionnaire

We need your input
|

We would like for each adult member of the congregation to complete a survey. Couples should complete separate surveys and only one of you will need to complete the section asking for the names and ages of your children.
This information will help us to determine the size of our classes each year, who to call on for teaching and other help in the Children's Ministry, and give us your perspective and suggestions on the ministry.
We would like to gather all of the information by mid to late April. This will allow us to put together a teaching rotation to begin the 1st of June.
