Here at the Wichita Church of Christ, the words “Bible bowl” can be translated FUN TIME. Yes, we are competitive, but in the end there is much good fellowship to enjoy.

In the final round, Team Kelly blasted out of the Bible bowl blocks to take a 5–0 lead, but soon the bigger team, and former champions, the Caldrons hit their stride to close the gap to 9-8. However, Team Kelly stole a question from the Caldrons and answered it correctly, then they were given this question for the win:

What mode of transportation did the Apostle Paul use on his 3rd missionary journey?

After deliberating for the maximum 15 seconds, team captain Lincoln Drake gave the correct answer “he travelled on foot” to seal the victory.
